AnaStellar Brands (Pty) Ltd is a business in the Retail Industry that markets products of a medical nature.

Delivery policy

Once payment is received, it can take between 7-10 working days to dispatch your order.

For international orders, a custom shipping fee will apply and will be invoiced separately. Your product will only be dispatched after the custom shipping fee has been paid.

Regional areas include Farm / Plot, Government Building, Power Station, Trust Area, Township, Game Reserve / Resort, Embassy / Consulate and Chain Store.

Damaged Items
Should your item arrive and is damaged, please contact us at info@anastellar.co.za with a photo of the product. After we have been in touch with you, you will need to return / send the products back to us, at your own expense, within 7 working days of the date of purchase. All items need to be returned unused and in their original packaging.

Undelivered Items
Should a package not be delivered through no fault of ours (for example: no one on the premises to take delivery, you are unable to answer calls or an invalid or incomplete delivery address is provided) we will attempt a second delivery after which, if the package is not delivered, you will be liable for all additional costs associated with the delivery of the package. Should you request a refund as a result of these failed attempts, you will be refunded the price of the products less the additional delivery costs.

Customer privacy policy
AnaStellar Brands (Pty) Ltd shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard Credit Cards, via our secure payment gateway.

Credit card acquiring and security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for AnaStellar Brands (Pty) Ltd via PayFast (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway. PayFast is a licensed System Operator with the Payments Association of South Africa (PASA). PayFast is fully PCI compliant and uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.payfast.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by AnaStellar Brands (Pty) Ltd separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayFast’s secure site. For more detail on PayFast refer to www.payfast.co.za

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Responsibility
AnaStellar Brands (Pty) Ltd takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and AnaStellar Brands (Pty) Ltd chooses as its ‘domicilium citandi et executandi’ for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, Suite 105 Hurlingham Office Park, 59 Woodlands Avenue, Hurlingham, Sandton, 2196, South Africa.

Variation
AnaStellar Brands (Pty) Ltd may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
