PRODUCT BENEFITS

Flexi-CAL targets the entire Musculoskeletal System, increasing the strength and flexibility of the bones, joints and muscles.
Calcium is essential for strengthening bones and teeth to help prevent weak bones and avoid breaks.
Type 1 Hydrolysed Collagen makes up the organic matrix of bone and assists with bone flexibility.
Magnesium deficiency has direct and indirect effects on osteoporosis.
Magnesium helps to activate Vitamin D, which is essential for calcium utilisation and moves the calcium from the blood and soft tissues into the bones.
Vitamin K2 helps with optimal absorption of calcium thus helping the body properly utilize calcium to build healthy bone tissue. Vitamin K2 as Mena Q7 is a bioavailable form of Vitamin K2 which provides optimum delivery to the body.
Omega-3 rich in EPA has natural anti-inflammatory properties, helps to lubricate the joints and helps with calcium utilisation.
May help reduce the risk of developing Osteoporosis, Osteopenia and Arthritis in later life.

INTERESTING FACTS

There are two types of Vitamin K:
Vitamin K1 has a key role in helping the blood clot, preventing excessive bleeding. Taking Vitamin K1 and Warfarin are not compatible.
Vitamin K2 has two key roles. It activates Osteocalcin which helps calcium bind to the bone for bone strength, and it activates Matrix GLA protein that helps to prevent arterial calcification. Vitamin K2 does not interfere with Warfarin.
